”Here are some spontaneous thoughts from me about mindfulness.
Above all, I feel that I have received a greater inner peace. In moments when I feel more stress, I have received tools that I can use. I am thinking of the breathing-anchor that I focus and practice with good results - it is always available.
The body-scanning is very useful and works very well. Getting to meet, take part in and exchange experiences with others who are in the same situation has also been fruitful.
The meetings with you and the mindfulness course got me to "dare to" start dealing with situations in my life that I earlier found troublesome. Last but not least, to be here and now and take the opportunity to reflect on my thoughts and not think of anything else to do. I am thinking here primarily on my job situation. In these moments the breathing-anchor is useful to find my way back to the here and now. "
